Pantheon Publisher offers professional research paper, journal publication, editing, formatting, and related academic support services. Each service engagement will be detailed in a separate service agreement or proposal.
You must provide correct, complete, and current information when availing any service.

You retain complete ownership of your submitted materials and intellectual property. By submitting your work, you grant Pantheon Publisher a limited, non-exclusive, and royalty-free license to process and use the material solely for delivering the agreed-upon services.
All service charges are defined in the quotation, service agreement, or invoice provided to you. Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Delays may result in additional charges.
Any billing disputes must be reported within 30 days from the date of invoice at info@pantheonpublisher.com.
Refunds may be considered under specific conditions: A refund request within 7 days of service initiation may qualify for up to a 25% refund. Requests beyond 7 days are not typically eligible once work has begun. All refund requests must be sent via email to info@pantheonpublisher.com with valid reasons and order details.
Pantheon Publisher retains ownership of its proprietary tools, designs, templates, and processes used in the course of service delivery. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute these proprietary materials without prior written consent.
We value your privacy. Pantheon Publisher ensures that all shared data, research, and personal information are kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Pantheon Publisher shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. All services are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. The client remains responsible for payment of services completed up to the termination date.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the U.S. courts.
Pantheon Publisher reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our official website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
